Scope and responsibility

This draft concerns the corporate website of Parabrahman Technologies Limited. It does not describe a released Orb product or establish a product privacy policy. Any future product will need its own notice based on its actual operation.

Browsing this website

The website has no accounts, analytics or advertising trackers. The enquiry form sends the information you enter only when you submit it; it does not save a draft in your browser. Simply browsing a page does not send an enquiry. Fonts and illustrations are served with the website, without third-party media embeds.

The website follows your device’s reduced-motion setting without storing a separate motion preference. See Use of cookies or Cookie Settings for the current browser-storage configuration.

Technical requests and hosting

Delivering a web page requires technical information such as an IP address and request details. A hosting provider may process or log that information to deliver and protect a published site. The public hosting provider, logging, retention and any international transfers are not yet confirmed in this local draft.

Contacting us

You can contact us at support@parabrahmantech.com ordirector@parabrahmantech.com. Messages may contain your name, email address, organisation and the information you choose to include. Email providers process those messages so we can respond to and manage the enquiry. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

Using the enquiry form

The form asks for your name, email address, enquiry type and message. Organisation, timing and budget are optional. Please do not include passwords, confidential technical material or sensitive personal information.

When you submit, your browser sends those details to FormSubmit, an external form delivery provider, which forwards the enquiry to our support inbox. Its service may also process technical request information for delivery and spam filtering. No FormSubmit script is loaded while you complete the form. Without JavaScript, the send button takes you to the provider’s own submission flow, which may present a CAPTCHA.

FormSubmit’s documentation states that submissions are retained for 30 days. Itsprivacy policydescribes its handling of information. You can use either email address directly if you prefer not to use the form provider.

We intend to limit access and keep information only as long as needed for the enquiry and any applicable obligations. The email provider, lawful basis, specific retention arrangements and security measures must be confirmed before the channel goes live.

Your control and rights

Depending on the applicable law and circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct or erase personal information, restrict or object to processing, or request portability. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. These rights can have conditions and exceptions.

Changes to this notice

We will update this notice when website services or data practices change. New data collection should have a clear purpose, an appropriate legal basis and an explanation available when information is collected.
